I actually agree with the idea of having one GCC front as Peace ambassador, but disagree with the technicalities of it. As you have mentioned, one can't know where the funds will go, etc. But at least we can have one message to send to the world, including Palestine! We have to apply some pressure to get them get their act together, w/o jeopardizing helping the people. It is what we call wishfull thinking. There are one thousand and one thing that can go wrong w/ this proposal, and I can bet that it will. By the way, we really don't have enough UAE columnist.
